“Awareness is medicine to the mind, it is by cultivating our awareness that we expand our emotional spiritual intelligence to create lasting positive changes in life.”-Kay

“When awareness is brought to an emotion, power is brought to your life.”-Tara Meyer Robson

“Emotionally intelligent people can focus their emotions to improve performance and productivity.”-Susan C. Young

Emotional Spiritual Intelligence program serves to help you expand your emotional spiritual intelligence for growth and development in life. This prevention program aims to help individuals with regular practices on how to manage their emotions and thoughts, therefore reducing the likelihood of developing mental health issues and/or other related issues, preparing them to better cope with life's challenges, and assisting them to create lasting positive changes in life. Participants will begin to understand, learn, manage, and use their emotions to better serve them in life rather than having their emotions control them. Participants will learn to expand their awareness. We will focus on self-awareness, self-reflection, self-inquiries, and self-management. Emotional spiritual intelligence education and training teach the skills that are fundamental to being more conscious in life. Expanding emotional spiritual intelligence is fundamental and essential to our physical health, mental health, growth, happiness, performance, and all areas of our life.

“The spiritual path-is simply the journey of living our lives. Everyone is on a spiritual path; most people just don’t know it.”-Marianne Williamson

“...emotional-social intelligence is an array of interrelated emotional and social competencies and skills that determine how effectively individuals understand and express themselves, understand others and relate with them, and cope with daily demands, challenges and pressures.”-Reuven Bar-On, 2010

“Emotional intelligence, more than any other factor, more than I.Q. or expertise, accounts for 85% to 90% of success at work… I.Q. is a threshold competence. You need it, but it doesn’t make you a star. Emotional intelligence can.”-Warren G. Bennis

Emotional spiritual intelligence education is recommended to begin at a young age (minimum age and certain conditions required for this program, with certain exceptions, please speak to our facilitator for more detail). Emotional spiritual intelligence education and training from an early age can be greatly beneficial to the growth of the individual and will make positive differences in their life when they gain the awareness and understanding of their emotions and learn how to manage and express them in healthy ways. Trauma and negative emotions that are experienced in childhood, which are not properly dealt with, can have negative lasting effects on the individual’s development and will adversely affect their adulthood. If emotions are not consciously managed in healthy ways, they could lead to avoidance, suppression and/or repression of emotions which could manifest into unhealthy behaviors, illnesses, diseases, addictions, mental health issues, and many other forms of negative manifestations of mismanaged emotions.

“Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways.”-Sigmund Freud

Since emotional spiritual intelligence is not explicitly taught in school, we feel it is necessary to provide education and training to address the necessity as a means to improve human conditions. No matter what role we occupy in life, it is crucial that we know how to manage our emotions so that we can maintain positive interpersonal relationships and better manage how we perform in all areas of life.

“My message for everyone is the same: that if we can learn to identify, express, and harness our feelings, even the most challenging ones, we can use those emotions to help us create positive, satisfying lives.”-Marc Brackett

The cause of many of our physical health issues can be the mismanagement of our emotions. Certain emotions that are not managed and expressed in healthy ways can get stored in parts of our body which can then cause bodily malfunctions. Painful thoughts and emotions that are not handled in healthy ways could lead to all forms of physical and mental health issues. Knowing how to manage and use our emotions will help to maintain a healthy mind and body.

“You do control the thoughts that follow an emotion, and you have a great deal of say in how you react to an emotion-as long as you are aware of it.”-Travis Bradberry

“Emotional intelligence is your ability to recognize and understand emotions in yourself and others, and your ability to use this awareness to manage your behavior and relationships.”-Travis Bradberry

This program is designed to expand your emotional spiritual intelligence by actively working with your conscious mind and subconscious mind. Just as our physical body needs regular training to stay healthy and fit, we need to know how to manage our emotions by cultivating our awareness and learning how to manage it and express it in healthy ways. Doing this will improve our quality of life. Emotional spiritual intelligence is the key to our personal health, success, and excellence. As one of the foremost organizations to deliver emotional spiritual intelligence education and training, our goal is for emotional spiritual intelligence education and training to become accessible and universal.

A healthy mind and a balanced state of being give us clarity, strength, and power in life.
